Tina Smith is a Certified Wedding Coordinator with a heart for serving others. She is married with four children and five pets. Tina is very active in her community and has served her community in many different capacities.   She was the founding member of the first Education Foundation for her local school district, where she proudly served on the board of directors for five years. 

 

As a business owner, Tina felt drawn to working with the local Chamber of Commerce where she served on the board of directors for over two years. Tina’s time with the Chamber of Commerce is where her love for event planning began.  As president of the Chamber, she was responsible for planning numerous annual events.  The events she coordinated ranged from small trainings for 20 to banquets with over 350 attendees. In 2015 she started working with Red Ridge Receptions.  This is where she was exposed to the wonderful world of weddings! Since Tina has been with Red Ridge she grew into the coordinator role and decided to pursue her Wedding Coordinator Certification.

“I’ve always found myself drawn to working in service to others.   The Wedding Day is something that people look forward to their whole lives.  Not just for the bride and groom, but for parents and family as well.  Being a wedding coordinator is a wonderful way to help people have a positive experience on one of the most memorable days of their lives. My goal as a wedding coordinator is to make their event as stress-free as possible so that people can enjoy the day.  I do everything possible to ensure that the couple and families can be present to the day and enjoy the celebration of love they have created”.
