• Perfect for the couple that has all the details figured out and want to be free to enjoy their special day. • Initial meeting with the couple to gather information about any specific details important to you. Every couple is different and has different priorities on their big day. • Confirmation with all vendors within two weeks the Wedding date to confirm details and times of delivery. This also includes making sure the vendors have directions to the venue and any specific venue rules regarding their service • Conduct Rehearsal up to 2 hours to take place within the week of your Wedding. • Coordinator is there from the beginning of your day to the end- I’ll be the first one to show up and last one to leave! • Oversee the set up of ceremony and reception locations • Help Bride into Gown- if needed. • Assist Bride, Groom, and Wedding Party with whatever they need- emergency kit will kept on hand to address any last minute issues • Work one on one with the vendors throughout the event to ensure you are not bombarded with questions and details that can distract you from your big day • Provide Itineraries to all people who have a role in your wedding • Work with you to create and distribute “Day Of” checklists and reminders to anyone who has designated duties on your big day • Ensure that the day flows smoothly • Bustle wedding gown at reception and properly store the vail if necessary. • Distribute tossing items and line up guests at departure. • Handle any last minute emerg
